Fly Fishing Weekend in the Polish mountains with an English speaking local fishing guide, traditional cottage accommodation, meals and airport transfer.

The Dunajec river is one of the most beautiful rivers in Poland, flowing through a narrow valley located in the mountains near the border with Slovakia, it offers spectacular views all year round and great fishing.
English Speaking Fishing Guide
A professional english speaking fishing guide will be on hand throughout the fly fishing weekend to advise on use of fishing tackle, technique and the best spots.
Fishing is in a special fishing area (no kill fly fishing with barbless hooks) between Ochotnica and Krościenko. Fish include brown trout (average 12 to 24 inches), grayling and bullhead. The river in this area is very diverse and includes white water rapids, fast deep troughs, rocky outcrops, large boulders, pits and quiet streams, with scenic mountains and mixed forest all around; and plenty of fish.
Traditional Accommodation with Riverside Access
High standard accommodation is in a small family run guest house, either in a traditional mountain lodge or an apartment. Beautiful wooden furniture. Kitchen. Log burning fireplace. Free Wifi. Home made food, please do let us know of any dietary requirements. Access to the river directly from the garden!
Fly Fishing Weekend Beginners & Professionals Welcome
Beginners and professional anglers all welcome, fishing tackle, hooks and other equipment can be provided on request. High waders and non slip shoes recommended. A visit to an angling shop in Kraków (on arrival) with the guide can also be arranged if required.
